Terms & Conditions for The LUC ( PT BALI RIA INTERNASIONAL )

3. Hotel & Villa Bookings

All reservations made via our booking engine are subject to the following

  • Accuracy : You must provide accurate identity ( passport ) and payment information.
  • Cancellations : Specific cancellation policies apply to each booking type (e.g., Non-Refundable vs. Flexible). Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
  • Check-in : Guests must present a valid passport and may be required to provide a security deposit upon arrival.

4. Payments ( Doku Gateway )

  • Payments are processed through our third-party provider, Doku.
  • PT. Bali Ria Internasional is not liable for technical errors, currency conversion fluctuations, or unauthorized transactions occurring on the payment gateway’s platform.
  • All prices are quoted in IDR ( Indonesian Rupiah ) unless otherwise stated.


5. Intellectual Propery
All content on this website—including logos, architectural renders, photography, and text—is the exclusive property of PT Bali Ria Internasional. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this material for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.


6. Limitation of Liability
ToTo the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Bali Ria Internasional shall not be liable for :

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website.
